SECTION 10 – DISPATCH OF PRODUCTS

Products purchased through our FRAMMENTI online store are subject to the shipping conditions chosen by the user and the delivery conditions available in our online store. The user will freely choose the address of the shipping location.

After the payment is approved and the order is dispatched, FRAMMENTI will notify the Customer by email of the date of delivery of his order.

In the event that no one receives the order at the shipping address, a second attempt will be made during the next three days. If after this attempt nobody receives the order, the user must contact us at the email lorena@frammenti.com.co and the cost of the new shipment is borne by the customer. If the customer does not make a new shipment during the next 5 days after the second attempt, the product is declared in a state of abandonment and there will be no compensation. In this case, FRAMMENTI will not respond for products not received.

If the customer chooses the payment on delivery, and does not cancel the entire product and shipping pre-established in the order, it is understood that there is a breach of the contract and the customer must cancel the value corresponding to the return of the products.

It is understood that any person who is in the place indicated by the Client for the delivery of the products is authorized to receive the order, therefore, FRAMMENTI is exempt from any claim derived from the delivery made in the indicated place for the client.
